NEOTROPOLIS OPENS TO THE PUBLIC AT 7:00AM on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29th.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID EARLY WORK ACCESS PASS (EARLY ACCESS CLOSES AT 10PM 4/28th), YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON SITE PRIOR TO THEN.

Please follow the How To Get Here guide for maps, directions, and general information. Attendee vechiles may begin to line up on Rosewood Blvd., coming from California City Blvd. at 12:01am, Wednesday, April 29th. If you show up before then, we will send you back.

All Early Work Access Passes have a cutoff of Tuesday at 10pm. You will not be allowed to skip the line.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND AND HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY:

EVERYONE must stop at the gate, including re-entering attendees/volunteers/staff. We do not have a dedicated exit or re-entry lane for anything other than emergencies on opening day, so plan accordingly if you're already on site and need to run an errand.

Have your ticket (printed is best, or saved as an image on your phone in case you don’t have reception), with valid, government-issued photo ID. This event is strictly 18+.

Once in an entry lane, PLEASE STAY IN YOUR LANE! Cutting back and forth is dangerous and slows everyone down.

DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH THE PORT AUTHORITY GATE WITHOUT STOPPING.

Security will pursue any vehicle that does not stop at the Port Authority gate.

All vehicles are subject to search by our team.

Please listen to the Port Authority team! We are there to get you into the event as fast and safely as possible. If we are telling you to move your space craft, please move your space craft! If we tell you to get back in your ship, please get back in your ship! If we tell you to stop, stop!

5mph please! We are out there for a long time and breathe enough space dust as it is, please don't make us unnecessarily breathe more, even if there's no line. Volunteers are also often in the lanes, please keep us safe!

You do NOT have to be in a space suit, costumes, or themed vehicles to enter the event. You can arrive in your normal clothes and change once you have found your docking spot.

Please feel free to drop off cool gifts! Some of our volunteers don't always get a lot of time to fully participate in bartering/gifting in the event, so anything delivered to us is very appreciated!

IF YOU ARE DOING THE MIDNIGHT LINE…

Please park your ship (vehicle) to the side of the road and stay with it. You can get out and socialize with your immediate neighbors, but do NOT stand in the road and please do not leave the immediate area. This is for your safety, and to keep the line from slowing down when we can’t find a ship owner. If a ship is abandoned, and we cannot find the owner after a reasonable amount of time, it may be removed. Attendees who require more than one warning to not stand in the roadway may have their ENTIRE SHIP barred from entering the event, including all passengers. This is a very important safety issue and we will be taking it seriously and enforcing it.

Any and all event rules must be followed at all times, including in the Midnight Line.

Do not set up any structures while you are waiting in line. This includes cots/beds, tents, pop ups, shade structures, etc. All of the surrounding land is private property. The entry line is NOT a docking station.

Turn off your engines! The line will take a while. If you run out of fuel in the line, it slows everything down, and it’s hard on your ship. Open your airlocks, step outside (NOT in the road), say hi to your neighbors.

Bring water/snacks. You may be waiting a while, be prepared!

Once you are on the property, there is a portapotty available near the Port Authority gate. Please do not abandon your ship in the lanes to use the bathroom, and please be careful when walking in traffic.

Rosewood Blvd is a public road. Please do not break any laws regarding driving in public areas, such as consuming alcohol (drinking and driving while on the private site is also illegal and will be enforced).

Once the gate opens at 7am, DO NOT walk up the line. We understand you are excited to be at Neotropolis! However, this is dangerous, and slows us down badly when we have to stop and find a ship owner, or escort you back to your ship.

We are very very excited to welcome you all back to Neotropolis!

Once the gate opens at 7am on Wednesday, it is open 24 hours until the event ends.
